The staff was really helpfull and the bed was really nice. Breakfast was above average, a good choice of outstanding jam, hot waffles, eggs and cheese. Good service within 20 km of the airport.

themed, budget rooms, unbelievable position. gentle staff was quick to help in every way. i slept so comfy in the lovely bed. breakfast was gorgeous, i liked eggs, hot waffles, jam and cheese they served. covered pool to relax in too. tasty wines and great cocktails in the outdoor bar, small parking place.
Facilities were simply wonderful, even so internet connection was weak.

Suite had all necessary amenities. After the arrival, we met host, who was FANTASTIC. A grocery store and a convenience store just next door the hotel. As picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Chedraui Selecto couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

No complaints, we would definitely come back if in Cancun. We thoroughly enjoyed people and service in this hotel, it was suitable for us. Had a great experience staying at the master villa suite. Amazing variety at breakfast.
